Efficacy of outpatient implantation failure.
If a low level of beta-hCG is found in the blood when determining pregnancy after IVF, it should not be considered as a failure of IVF, but rather as a miscarriage before implantation or a very early miscarriage, in which there was implantation failure (disorder). The definition of implantation failure is the inability to establish a pregnancy even after multiple transfers of morphologically and functionally good embryos (good grade embryos). Implantation is the result of a complex and harmonious interaction between the embryo and the endometrium. Therefore, elucidating the cause of the problem is not an easy task. However, it is important to perform the main tests for implantation failure in order to prevent the next IVF attempt from failing. Please make an appointment at our outpatient clinic if you are having trouble conceiving due to implantation failure or if you would like to have an implantation test before undergoing IVF.
Implantation Failure Outpatient Testing Flow.
For implantation failure outpatients, we will start with the necessary tests to investigate causes of failure. Even if the test has already been performed at another clinic or at our clinic, we will perform it again if we deem it necessary, as one test alone may not be enough to detect the problem.)
